Questions
What counts as a vehicle?
Each truck connected to MingAnji.ai through its device counts as one vehicle. A truck appears on the map once its device starts sending data.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can move up at any time. If you move to a smaller plan, features outside it lock at the end of your billing period. No data is deleted.
How do I pay?
Plans are billed monthly in the currency shown on this page. In Laos you can pay by bank transfer or BCEL QR code. In other countries, our team will confirm the payment method with you.
Do I need Tian'An trucks?
MingAnji.ai is designed around Tian'An trucks and their sensors and controllers. Contact us to discuss your existing fleet.
Can I see the platform first?
Yes. Request a demo and we'll walk you through MingAnji.ai. Existing customers can sign in to the portal.
